My services are structured to provide clear, thoughtful design direction in a focused and efficient way.

The following outlines how I work, what is included, and what to expect when engaging in consultation-based services.

All services are consultation-based and focused on providing design direction, guidance, and recommendations.

Services do not include:

This approach allows for a more streamlined and flexible process, while ensuring that design decisions are clear and cohesive.

Consultations are confirmed upon booking and require full payment in advance.

This secures your scheduled time and allows for proper preparation prior to the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may not be accommodated or refunded.

Clients are asked to complete a brief intake form and provide photos or plans in advance of the consultation.

This ensures that the session is focused, productive, and tailored to your space.

Consultations are structured and time bound.

While every effort is made to address priorities within the session, additional time or follow-up services may be required for more complex projects.

Following the consultation, a written summary will be provided outlining key recommendations and next steps.

This document is intended to guide implementation and decision making moving forward.

Consultation services include a defined scope of communication.

Ongoing or extended design support is not included unless arranged separately.

For larger or evolving projects, additional services may be recommended.

Clients are responsible for implementing design recommendations independently or with their chosen contractors or suppliers.

Recommendations are based on professional judgement, experience, and the information provided at the time of consultation.

Final decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.

The process is designed to provide clarity - allowing you to move forward with confidence and a clear direction for your home.
